A JOURNEY FROM KNOWN TO UNKNOWN

  WORK LIFE FRUSTRATIONS     For a woman, to balance herself between professional life and personal life especially for those who are working in a remote setting is a headache. WHY? A woman has many duties and responsibilities to perform, especially in a family where no one understand her workload and consider that every household chore is her responsibility no matter how difficult it is for her to manage both her personal and professional responsibilities. With women empowerment both men and women should be regarded as equal be it at home or workplaces. But do you think we are given equal opportunities? Men will always dominate in our society. When enough opportunities are not given to prove our worth it leads to dissatisfaction and frustration which in turns affect our work potentiality.

These people are so desperate about their daily meals, clothing, a roof above their head and so on. What about  education? They   are uneducated, they don't understand the needs and importance of education.
